Inviting aromas of a cinnamon spiced apple cookie crumb cake with a thick crust, orange & white chocolate sponge and baked peaches with raspberries and crushed Amaretti biscuits were followed by the incredibly sweet taste of tropical mango vanilla cupcakes and grilled pineapple sundaes. In the finish however there was the gentle heat of a spiced sweet potato and coconut soup. Add water, close your eyes and you will drift away on a rum cake layered with coconut rum buttercream frosting. Combine this with a juicy tropical fruit punch or a Blue Lagoon cocktail and the living is easy.
