There was a hot and cold, summer and winter, theme going on with aromas of fruity lemonade ice lollies, fresh and zesty lemon sorbet and chocolate hazelnut ice cream but at the same time, marzipan fruit cake, a yule log and a dried fruit wreath. Before we got even more confused we gave it a try; there was the answer, Christmas in the Caribbean, with deeply tropical fruity flavours; Jamaican black cake with plenty of brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. After a short tropical rain shower Santa Claus arrived on a jet ski with a coconut and lime cheesecake and a mango coulis.
